Lobbied the university successfully for the restructuring of the student representative system to improve student involvement
Led a high-profile Scotland-wide petition of student officers to ensure the successful passage of stage 1 of the Graduate Endowment Abolition Bill
Increased the number of students involved in Strathclyde Union through the effective promotion of the democratic services.
Worked in partnership with the university to create a student-centred academic strategy
Campaigned for a new union building

Won support for a new £40m sports centre for use by college and university students in Glasgow
Ran Holocaust Memorial Day and Remembrance Day events at Strathclyde
Created a student retention guide to ensure fewer students drop out of their courses.
Campaigned successfully for the university to remove charges for course materials
Was successful in campaigning for the library to be open 24hrs a day and providing free water machines for students
Engaged thousands of students and politicians in Strathclyde’s “Pants to Debt” campaign
Campaigned to stop fascists coming onto campus.
